scenic views warm staff thoughtful amenities satisfying breakfast
The location offered scenic views and tranquility, I found it perfect for relaxation. Staff members showed warmth and willingness to assist. My room included robes, slippers. tea and coffee, I considered it very thoughtful. Breakfast provided a satisfying variety, from cereal and yogurt to a full English, I found it delicious.
The bathroom floor was poorly laid, therefore the shower drain was not at the lowest point, so the floor stayed wet.

serene stay with excellent food
excellent breakfast helpful staff
i found the breakfast excellent and substantial. the staff were very helpful and charming. the grounds were immaculate with an idyllic setting.
i noticed the bathroom basin was too close to the toilet. this. there was plenty of room to have the basin further away.

The breakfast was wonderful, I am telling you! The views were pretty amazing. The spa looked great, I will go back for sure. Breakfast selection made me so happy!

spacious room great shower relaxing drink
the staff were friendly the bedroom included robes slippers tea coffee and water. i had a relaxing drink in the bar the breakfast was very good with a full english on offer.
the bathroom basin was too close to the toilet it did not leave enough space around it there was plenty of room for a better layout.

amazing staff clubhouse room great value cold bathroom badly laid floor insufficient room
The staff were amazing! they couldn't do enough. The evening meal served in the clubhouse room was delicious and of great value. It was two courses for £20.
The bathroom towel rail did not get warm, even on the highest setting. Therefore, the bathroom remained cold. The bathroom floor was badly laid. The shower drain was not at the lowest point, so the floor remained wet. The bathroom basin was too close to the toilet. There was not enough room around it. There was sufficient space for it to be located further away

quiet setting high standard helpful staff basic room conference centre awful smell
The setting overlooking the lake and trees felt quiet. The accommodation presented a high standard of furnishing. All staff i met was smiling and helpful (that is always a plus!).
The room felt pretty basic. The hotel seemed like a conference centre. I noticed an awful smell in our room.

good bedroom relaxing drink very good breakfast
i found the bedroom to be good with robes, slippers, and tea and coffee. water was also provided. i enjoyed a relaxing drink in the bar. the breakfast was very good, with cereal, yoghurt, fruit, a full english, toast, and tea.
i noticed the rooms reminded me of an afterthought, understandable at a golf course.

the staff was helpful , and the breakfast service was efficient . they promptly addressed my needs and offered assistance with a smile. i found them to be consistently attentive.

the bar offered a wide selection of beverages. the premises include well kept grounds , perfect for a tranquil walk. there were adequate parking facilities available, with easy access to the hotel.
